EXAMPLE A.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $50 and nobody else bids, you win your item for $55. EXAMPLE B.) You place a bid of $100 for an item. Someone else bids $100 and nobody else bids, you will still win your item at $100 because it is the first bid. EXAMPLE C.) You place a bid of $100 for an item.
